Claims should be reported directly to Protector Insurance unless otherwise agreed with your broker. It is important to submit your claim as soon as possible.
Our preferred method of claims reporting is immediate roadside reporting via the direct office telephone number of 0161 274 9077. As this is not always possible, an alternative option would be to report via this website or email the details to email@example.com

For windscreen claims, please contact National Windscreens directly on 0117 304 2133.
During office hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, the line will be manned by members of your dedicated Protector Claims team based in Manchester. Outside of these hours, the line will be directed to our partners, RAC for motor claims or Sedgwick for property and liability claims.
