We have been investing heavily in leadership and staff development programmes for a long time. The purpose of these programmes is to develop a coherent leadership style, where both management and associates share the same understanding of the company’s core value-based leadership and performance culture.

Our own set of values, our vision and our business concept play a central role here. 


Who works at Protector?
 

Our employees work in various fields of expertise that cover the 3 key areas of Underwriting , Risk Management and Claims. To support these key areas we have financial analysts, accounting and reporting, IT specialists and consultants in HR among others. In addition to people with extensive insurance industry experience, we also have recent graduates – an optimal mix for us. This combination creates a motivating, energetic and rewarding work environment with knowledge sharing across diverse groups and levels of experience. We are an equal opportunities employer.
